Spalter to become first new CEO of USTelecom in 15 years

Former White House official and technology industry executive to succeed Walter McCormick, who is stepping down at end of 2016 USTelecom has tapped former Clinton administration official Jonathan Spalter to lead the $14-million revenue association after longtime CEO Walter McCormick retires at the end of the year.
